AcadHub is a product of Alaganu Enterprise, a company registered in Malaysia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website at acadhub.my, in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010).
2. What data we collect
When you submit a demo request or contact form, we collect: your full name, work email address, organisation name, job role, the product you are interested in, and any message you choose to include. We also automatically record the page URL you submitted from and, if present, UTM campaign parameters.
3. Why we collect it
We collect your personal data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a product demonstration, and send you relevant information about AcadHub systems you have expressed interest in. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
4. How we store it
Submitted data is stored securely in a MongoDB database hosted on a private server. Access is restricted to authorised Alaganu Enterprise staff only. Data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with our hosting and email service providers solely to deliver the services described in this policy, under strict confidentiality obligations.
6. Your rights under PDPA 2010
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to withdraw consent for us to process your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@acadhub.my with the subject 'Data Request'. We will respond within 21 days.
